The team behind Collectody
We are Verena and Markus, the founding couple of Collectody - both in a business and a private sense. But above all, we are also passionate collectors.
Our interests are fundamentally diverse and wide-ranging. From bookworms and music lovers to binge-watchers, avid postcard writers, and passionate sports fans, together we cover just about everything — and then some. At Collectody, all of our collecting passions (prospectively) find a home. That is ultimately what makes our product so practical and unique.

Why Collectody came to life
Professionally, we have both been working with digital products for over 15 years. Markus has always focused on marketing and eCommerce, while Verena has been involved in product planning and development.
We therefore complement each other perfectly when it comes to creating a product and then delivering it to the user. So when we were looking for a digital application to manage our collections and just couldn't find the right one for us, the idea of simply building it ourselves wasn't too far-fetched. Driven by the idea of using our creativity and professional experience for something that we would later use ourselves, we enthusiastically set to work. And now it's almost here, the first version of Collectody, which we've put a lot of time and care into and which we're also a little proud of.
What's next for Collectody
We truly appreciate any kind of support and hope that Collectody will soon become a part of many users’ daily lives, just as it already is for us. Of course, we still have countless ideas for how we can continue to expand and improve the app.
